In case: the installation of the pipe inclinometer is very deep, inclinometer readings indicate the presence of a movement in a suspect direction, when it is required a very accurate measurement, when installation of inclinometer casing has been problematic; OTR suggests spiral sensor for inclinometer casing OG330.

The probe monitor the twist of the inclinometric casing delivering the azimuthal position of the tube’s guide at the various deepness. This type of measures are used to correct the inclinometric inaccurate datas

Spiral meter is projected to measure of inclinometric casing from 45 to 75mm of inner diameter. Extra to the twists the probe measures the inclination too.

How does it measure?                                   

 The probe is associated to an android device, with OG330 application downloaded by OTR; and after that the probe is dropped, at define pitch, through the casing across one, two or four guide, depending on the precision degree that has to be applied to the measurement.

Once conclused measure campaign datas are downloaded on PC and the needed calculation are done.
