In case of: settlements, tunnel faces, tunnel construction and investigations of vertical ground subsidence; OTR suggests to instal inclinometric casing with 70mm external diameter associated to magnetic rings.

The last ones are made up by plastic with improved grip, the magnet is embeebed in epossydic resin, the fixing on the casing is conclused using the 3 screws supplied.

How is it installed?                                  

The rings are placed at least to a 50cm of distance each other from the bottom of the inclinometric casing with their own screws. The screws has to be enough close to lock the rings during the installation but enough free to follow the soil settlements. If the fixing won’t be enough place a screw against one of the guides. Before cementing the hole, be sure to check for correct operation with a BRS probe.
