In case of: D200-D300-D400-D700-D800-D1600-D3200-OG799; OTR suggests 6V solar pannel’s battery charger.

Cherger is completely analogic and to work require a realy low current. Battery is re-charged and kept to the right constant tension to avoid voltage overloads. Convertion from 12-18V to 7.2V from the pannel to the battery guarantee the efficiency of the solar pannel without fully sunshine.

How is it installed?                                        

The charger is built in datalogger’s board, welding it and making it associate with a solar pannel.
